At Tabletennisstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and original packaging intact, specifically including protective plastic on rubber surfaces.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit, as paddles and equipment damaged due to poor packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
